Frequently Asked Questions

What are your visiting hours?

We recommend visiting between the hours of 8 am and 8 pm. However, you are welcome to visit 24 hours a day. Please call us in advance at 405-767-6500 to coordinate your visit.

Update: In an effort to prevent the spread of COVID-19 in our facility, visitation hours are extremely limited. Please call our office to schedule a visitation or coordinate a FaceTime call with your loved one. A negative COVID-19 test is required 48 hours before visitation.

What should I bring for a short-term therapy stay?

The average short-term stay is between 2-3 weeks. You will want to bring everything you would normally bring to a hospital for that amount of time, including comfortable clothes and appropriate shoes.

What telephone access is available for residents and their families?

Each and every room is equipped with a private phone. Upon arrival, we can assist with setting up the phone line and sharing all contact information.

Is it okay to bring family pets when visiting?

Yes! You are permitted to bring family pets as long as they are kept on a leash and their vaccinations are up to date.

Is smoking permitted at the facility?

No. For the safety and wellbeing of all residents, staff, and visitors, we are a non-smoking facility.

How is laundry handled?

Laundry is handled two ways: Your family may take your laundry home for cleaning, or we can provide laundry and linen services on-site.

“I want to express my appreciation and gratitude for your help with my Mom. She has grown so very close to a couple of your caregivers. Everyone is so prompt and considerate of her needs. It’s comforting to know I have people who I can count on.”

“Bellevue was a great experience for my dad. We were in the skilled nursing/rehab center. He enjoyed the staff. The food was good. They made every effort to make him comfortable. After we left, the staff continued to help with the transitions we needed help with at home. I would recommend this facility to anyone.”
